Gig Harbor Cooperative Preschool, and its affiliates (collectively "GHCP") recognizes the importance of providing you with information regarding the collection, storage and use of data that is collected as result of your (the "User") use of our website (the "Site").

Privacy Statement
Any personal and/or private information that you provide to GHCP will only be used in connection with performing the services offered by GHCP and otherwise in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Use and Storage of Personal Information
If GHCP collects personal information from a User, GHCP will never sell that information to any third party without the advanced consent of the User. GHCP will also not use any personal information for marketing purposes without the consent of the User. GHCP will make certain information, such as newsletters, available through electronic communications only with the advance consent of the User and only with additional protections such as opt-in and opt-out systems. GHCP makes no representation or warranty regarding the type, format or medium that may be used to store data collected from Users of the Site and reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the type, format or medium of data storage which may, or may not, include encryption (unless otherwise required by law or written agreements).

GHCP may receive and store certain types of information whenever a User uses the Site. Changes to the Privacy Policy
