Meet our teacher Nadine Mart
Hello! My name is Nadine Mart, and I am thrilled to be your child’s teacher at Gig Harbor Cooperative Preschool. I attended the University of Wyoming, where I studied Elementary Education, and I also hold an AAS in Surgical Technology (because learning is fun, right?).
Teaching young learners is my true passion. Every day, I am honored to support each child's growth in all areas—academic, social, language, and motor development. My goal is to create a warm and nurturing classroom environment that fosters joy and curiosity. I firmly believe that as early educators, we help lay the foundation for a child’s lifelong journey in education and beyond.
On a personal note, I’m married to Christine, who serves as an Assistant Principal in the South Kitsap School District. Together, we have three wonderful children: Bella (22), Ethan (20), and Annie (16). We also care for our nephew Roman (5) and have two dogs, Zeke and Archie. When I’m not teaching, I love spending time with my family, hiking, kayaking, and cheering on my kids in their sports.
I look forward to partnering with each of you as we work together to support and encourage our learners. At GHCP, we’re united by our shared commitment to the children, and I’m excited to contribute to this special community.
